Bimco was appointed as lead BIM coordinator on a 120-bed residential care facility in Stepaside. Working from the architect's design intent drawings, we authored a fully federated Revit model spanning four floors and 7,800m² of GIA.

Weekly Navisworks clash detection sessions with the structural and MEP design teams resolved 312 hard clashes before tender, eliminating an estimated 4 weeks of on-site rework. The model was delivered to ISO 19650 and used directly by the main contractor for 4D sequencing.

Final handover included an as-built model, COBie data drop and a facilities management asset register synchronised with the client's CAFM system.
