MTU Kerry's new STEM building required a digital construction management workflow connecting design, procurement and on-site progress. Bimco set up a federated Revit environment, weekly Navisworks coordination and a cost-loaded Synchro 4D model.
Site progress was captured fortnightly using 360° camera walks and overlaid against the planned model in BIM Track. A live Power BI dashboard surfaced earned-value, programme drift and outstanding RFIs to the client team.
The project was delivered three weeks ahead of programme and 1.8% under budget — a result the client attributes directly to the upfront digital coordination effort.
