A multi-hall data centre extension on Meta's Clonee campus required a fully coordinated MEP model with strict change-control. Bimco's team modelled six halls in parallel — chilled water, HV distribution, generator yards and structured cabling containment.

We used Synchro 4D linked to the Navisworks federated model for week-by-week construction sequencing, helping the main contractor de-risk the simultaneous delivery of mechanical, electrical and structural packages.
