The brief
A multi-hall data centre extension on Meta's Clonee campus required a fully coordinated MEP model with strict change-control. Bimco's team modelled six halls in parallel — chilled water, HV distribution, generator yards and structured cabling containment.
How we delivered it
We used Synchro 4D linked to the Navisworks federated model for week-by-week construction sequencing, helping the main contractor de-risk the simultaneous delivery of mechanical, electrical and structural packages.
The outcome

Working on data centres projects
Data centre work is dominated by services coordination and by change control. With repeated hall layouts and compressed programmes, the sequencing model usually carries as much value as the clash model.
