Pinterest's EMEA HQ commissioned Bimco to scan two floors of their existing fit-out ahead of a major refurbishment. We deployed a Leica RTC360 scanner across 84 set-up positions over five evenings, capturing every wall, soffit, riser and exposed service.
The registered point cloud — 12.4 million points at 5mm accuracy — was processed in Cyclone Register 360 and delivered as both an .e57 file and a Revit-ready as-built model with structural grid, MEP risers and exposed steel.
The design team used the model directly in Revit, cutting their measured-survey budget by 60% and shaving four weeks off the design programme.
